2023–PresentLeading Generative AI initiatives; designed and deployed AI chatbots, course research applications while leading software and solution engineering teams that design, develop and manage GSB applications.
SaaS platforms at global scale
2014–2022Helped scale a digital commerce platform through orders of magnitude of growth, built engineering and solution engineering teams across six countries, and launched the platform in over a dozen new markets.
A product system from zero to one
2013–2014As the first product manager, conceived a master data management system and integrated social data to build a 360-degree view of customer activity.
